This website is operated by Artystory Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Artystory Studio.Artystory Studio offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 – SCHEDULING & LOGISTICS
If you anticipate your child will miss a class, please give us 24 hours notice.
There is no compensation for student absences. However, upon 24 hours’ notice and subject to space availability, your child may attend a make-up class.
A total of one make-up class is allowed during any particular session.
Pick-ups after ten minutes of the class scheduled end time will incur a charge of $10 for every ten minutes you are late.
SECTION 2 – ATTIRE & PERSONAL PROPERTY
Painting sessions can result in paint getting on clothing and personal items. We advise that students wear old clothes to all classes. We take no responsibility for damages due incurred during classes.
Your / your children’s personal items are your responsibility.
SECTION 3 - CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a booking into a session, you need to give a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the start of a session to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 30 days’ written notice. If your child is unable to attend a session you have booked into inside 30 days, you can transfer the booking to another class (subject to availability). In the case of no availability, we will be unable to accommodate a reschedule.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes where required. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund for the class.
SECTION 4 - PAYMENTS
Payments are due ten days prior to the start of a new session.
A registration fee of $30 per child (one time) or $50 per family, is due annually on the first day of the first class. This is an annual enrollment fee and does not cover the cost of the program.
Cheque payments can be made in-person (Cheque made out to Artystory Studio). For Cheque payments, please write your child’s name on the memo line.

SECTION 5 - PHOTO / VIDEO RELEASE
I grant to Artystory Studio and those acting with the authority of Artystory Studio, the right to take and create photographs/videos, other still and/or moving images (in all formats) and other graphical depictions incorporating my child’s likeness, voice and/or appearance in any and all media, including but not limited to video, audio, photographic and digital images, and any other media, whether now known or created hereafter (the “Content”). I understand and agree that Artystory Studio may combine the Content with other materials, images, video, text, and graphics and crop, alter, or modify the Content. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Content.
